Ordering your custom eBike couldn’t be easier, we assist you and guid you all the way through your order offering advice on your needs. We are always here to help…
1. Simply get in contact via any of our points of contact weather it may be online or through one of our social media pages. We will talk with you about what it is you require and advise you every step of the way.
2. Once we have your custom spec sheet and you are happy with your order we will send it to out manufacture team where they will carefully hand build your custom eBike to your specification. This process can take on average 20-30 days.
3. Ok… So now your custom eBike is built, checked and tested ready to be sent! We will find the closest import pickup depot to to you and arrange for you eBike to be sent. This process can usually take 10-14 days. Please also take note as the time of pickup an import charge may apply.
